You’ll need an online account to shop on our website. If you are an existing member we well link the membership you were issued with during the sign up process. If you're new to Costco we offer two types of membership, a Gold Star Membership and a Business Membership - both include a free household card. You can view and change your account details by clicking on the "My account" tab after you sign in. Here you can change your membership renewal settings, password, address and online payment method. You can also edit your communication preferences.

Yes, you can shop on any of our Costco countries websites, with the exception of the US and Canada. Deliveries can only be made to a delivery address within that country, and cannot be shipped internationally.
If you're the primary account holder, you have the option to delete your online account. Your membership will still be active and you can still use it at any Costco warehouse.
At Costco New Zealand, we strive to stay current with industry standard data security practices. That's why from February 2023, we’re introducing Multi‑Factor Authentication, to add an extra level of security to help protect your account against potential fraud and identity theft.
