After you purchase your membership online you will be sent an email with your membership number. You can collect your membership card from our Auckland warehouse located at 2 Gunton Drive Westgate, Auckland. NZ 0814.
There are benefits to signing up early! A membership allows you to shop at any Costco location worldwide and you can also buy fuel from our Fuel Station which is now open. The 12 month validity period on your membership will only begin once we open our warehouse to the public.
If you purchase your membership prior to the opening date of the warehouse, your renewal date is effective annually on the anniversary of the warehouse opening. If you purchase your membership after the warehouse opening date, your renewal date is effective on the date of purchase, annually.
Your membership will automatically renew on your anniversary date each year. You can turn off auto renewal at any time. To turn off Auto Renew go to "My Account", click on "My Payment Methods" and go to Auto Renew Settings and select 'Off". Your payment details are encrypted, so no one can see, use or alter anything except for you.
